Concessions Opportunities

The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) leases retail and food & beverage concessions space primarily through four master concessionaires, selected through a competitive proposal process. A second method is through the MSP Cart Rental program.

Below are the contacts for the master concessionaires. Individuals or companies interested in operating a concession at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) can contact these firms to discuss the possibility of becoming a subtenant. Small businesses may also be interested in learning more about the MSP Cart Rental or Vending programs outlined below.

Cart Rental and Retail Vending Programs

The Cart Rental Program at MSP International Airport was created to be an easier and more affordable option for business owners to open a concession at MSP Airport. The MAC particularly encourages locally-based, small and minority/women-owned businesses to apply.

How to Apply*

1. Read the introductory letter to learn more about the program and the unique operating environment associated with operating a business at the airport

2. Download and print or request a hard copy of the appropriate application.

3. Fill out the application form and return it to the Metropolitan Airports Commission along with a detailed business plan. See contact information below.

*By submitting an application you are only guaranteed consideration for renting a cart at MSP Airport. Applications are taken continuously; however there are a limited number of carts available. Awarding of a cart lease will be determined based on both availability and the submitted business plan.
